Dodos Lose, 5-1, at Ballpark of Alloway
|
The Alloway Halberds got a strong performance from pitcher Bob Browning, who stymied the Hialeah offense en route to a 5-1 win at Ballpark of Alloway. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Halberds.
Kelly Harris, who is tied for 3rd in the 3AAA in triples with 5, helped out the Alloway cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a bases-clearing triple. For the game, the left fielder went 1-1 with a triple and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.
"There's still time to turn this season around," said Harris.
