The Florida Men turned back the Alloway Halberds, 6-5, at Psychos Ballpark. Júlio Vargas was named player of the game for his fine performance. He went 4-5 with a double and 3 singles. Florida reliever Martín Aguilar was the winner. His record is now 2-0. The losing pitcher was Matthew Fallows. The Halberds fall to 6-12 and continue their lackluster start to the 2032 season.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With one out, Vargas hit a sinker from Matthew Fallows for a run-scoring double. The Men, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Vargas told the Florida Herald.
