The talented Mercer Island Screaming Eagles star finished the year 11-1 with a 1.82 ERA. He struck out 103 in 108.2 innings while walking 41. José Santiago of the Phoenix Hotspur Youth finished second in voting, while Masahiro Sakei of the Phoenix Hotspur Youth finished third. |
