Chávez Wins PAA Player of the Week Prize Monday, September 1st, 2031 Stephen Chávez has been in a real groove lately. The 26-year-old Springfield Shooters center fielder nabbed USPL Double A Player of the Week honors today after beating up on opposing pitchers all last week. Chávez's hot streak featured 7 hits in 18 at-bats, 1 home run, 5 RBIs, 5 runs scored and a .389 average. So far this year, Chávez is batting .213 with 4 home runs and 18 RBIs. |
