SAA Top Pitcher Award for September to Salcido Wednesday, October 1st, 2031 Over the past month Carlos Salcido has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the USSL Double A. He proved all that and now he's been named September's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Salem Misfits posted 2-0 mark and a 0.56 ERA. In 2 starts he tossed 16 innings, permitted 5 hits and fanned 17 batters. Salcido's lifetime won-lost record is 12 wins and 6 losses with a 2.85 ERA. |
