Red-Hot Sterk Scorches Polar Bears Wednesday, July 3rd, 2030 Erik Sterk really sizzled at the plate in today's 18-6 win over Polar Bears. The Ft. Polk South second baseman blistered Billings for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Sterk was too tough to get out today," the Polar Bears skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Erik Sterk singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
