Dansen Earns 3AA Player of the Week Monday, August 4th, 2031 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Double A, but last week Jurg Dansen of the Virginia Beach Deuces reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Dansen rocked opposing pitching for a .632 average (12-for-19), 1 home run and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. Dansen is swinging at a .266 pace on the year with 1 home run, 15 RBIs and 15 runs scored. He has played in 33 games. |
