Ft. Polk South Right Fielder Nets 3AA Award Monday, June 30th, 2031 22-year-old Jon Moon made a few Ft. Polk South headlines during this past week as the rookie right fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and M3L Double A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 12 hits in 18 at-bats to put up a .667 average. Moon collected 1 home run, 5 RBIs and scored 6 runs. Moon is swinging at a .316 pace on the year with 3 home runs, 26 RBIs and 24 runs scored. He has played in 39 games. |
