Yurtseven Wins PAAA Best Player Award Monday, August 11th, 2031 So far in his young career, Omer Yurtseven has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USPL Triple A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old Bakersfield Nobles catcher hit at a torrid .556 clip as he collected 10 hits in 18 at-bats, 3 home runs, 5 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This year Yurtseven has hit at a .304 clip with 25 RBIs, 5 home runs and 21 runs scored. |
