Joseph Chartier Out for Season Wednesday, August 20th, 2031 A blow for Joseph Chartier today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 4 months with ulnar nerve entrapment. Chartier suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Jersey City Tritons are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Chartier's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. To date this year Chartier has won 2 and lost 2 with a 2.31 ERA, no saves and 34 strikeouts in 26 relief appearances. |
