Middendorf Cops 3AAA Batter of the Month Honors Friday, August 1st, 2031 When Vito Middendorf stepped up to the plate in July he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the M3L Triple A Batter of the Month award. The young Sioux Falls second baseman posted a .323 batting average with 7 home runs, 20 RBIs and scored 22 runs. Middendorf also worked pitchers for 9 walks to post a .383 on-base percentage. In 60 games Middendorf is hitting .265 this season with 66 hits, 13 home runs, 45 RBIs, 19 walks, .320 OBP and has scored 42 runs. |
