3AAA Names Top Player of the Week Monday, September 15th, 2031 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Triple A, but last week José Vázquez of the Vermont Lake Monsters reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Vázquez rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (5-for-10), 1 home run and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. In 89 games Vázquez is hitting .263 this season with 90 hits, 7 home runs, 39 RBIs, 49 walks, .359 OBP and has scored 59 runs. |
