Detroit-Oakland Trade: Evangjeli for Henry Tuesday, August 5th, 2031 The Detroit Renaissance have parted ways with 31-year-old minor league RHP Lyle Lanley, 19-year-old minor league CF Mikael Evangjeli and $1,500,000 in cash in a trade with the Oakland Oaks for 28-year-old RHP Gil Brown and 31-year-old 1B Todd Henry. Renaissance general manager Eddie Paxil confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning. Oakland will retain a portion of Henry's remaining contract. Henry is hitting .277 this year with 6 home runs and 28 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .373, 29 walks and scored 24 times. |
