July's 3L Top Pitcher is Oaks Montana Friday, August 1st, 2031 Panda Montana took a much-deserved turn in the spotlight earlier today as he accepted the Menard's Third League Pitcher of the Month award for July. The 25-year-old Oaks starter is a relative newcomer to the league, but nonetheless racked up an impressive 4-1 won-lost record in 5 starts. This month he fanned 46 batters in 38 innings and compiled a 0.95 ERA. Thus far this season Montana has posted a 5-3 record, started 14 games, struck out 105 batters in 93.2 innings and compiled a 3.17 ERA. |
