Horiuchi Wins Menard's Third League Pitching Crown Sunday, November 9th, 2031 Shigemasa Horiuchi of the Seattle Aviators might be an old man, but he can still pitch with the best of them. Today the 36-year-old hurler snagged the Menard's Third League Outstanding Pitcher Award honors for his outstanding 2031 performance. He posted a 3.21 ERA with 8 wins, 6 losses, 131 strikeouts and 40 walks in 143 innings. Michael Machen of the Chicago Hawks finished second in voting, while Will Hunting of the Echo Park Lakers finished third. |
