3L Selects Rookie Star of the Month Wednesday, October 1st, 2031 Kevin Baxter's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Buckhead center fielder has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In September he was voted the Rookie of the Month Award. During the month he hit .319 with 3 doubles, 2 triples and 1 home run. Baxter also scored 9 times and drove in 11 runs. Thus far this season Baxter is hitting .285 with 5 home runs, 38 RBIs and 34 runs scored. He has 77 hits in 270 at-bats and has played in 76 games. |
