United States Silver League Names Rookie of Month Wednesday, October 1st, 2031 Youngster Bartolo Soto emerged as the latest United States Silver League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Grafton deserved the honor, batting .360 with no home runs and 15 runs batted in. Is the month of September a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Soto enjoy the limelight. Presently Soto is batting .293 with 2 home runs and 40 RBIs. He has played in 108 games and scored 57 times. |
