Daniel Katz Out for Season Sunday, August 31st, 2031 A blow for Daniel Katz today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 10 months with a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. Katz suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Athletic Club KC are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Katz's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. To date this year Katz has won 5 and lost 2 with a 3.61 ERA, 1 save and 44 strikeouts in 23 relief appearances. |
