Corona Touches All the Bases, Hits for Cycle Sunday, August 17th, 2031 Wizarding's José Corona accomplished what few others have done -- he hit for the cycle, collecting a single, double, triple and home run in the same game. For the day, Corona finished 4-for-5 with 5 runs batted in and 1 run scored and helped the Express knock off the Athletic Club KC 11-6 at Athletics Park. "I didn't even know I was about to hit for the cycle until after," Corona told reporters following the game. "One of the guys mentioned it when I got back to the dugout." José Corona hit an RBI single in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off César Méndez in the 4th, tripled in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
