Washington Ace Wins PA Outstanding Pitcher Award Monday, September 22nd, 2031 The 2031 USPL Single A Outstanding Pitcher Award has gone to Washington Generals ace Manuel Paílla after a stellar 8-3 season. In 15 starts he piled up 113 innings, 142 strikeouts, 20 walks and a 1.59 ERA. Paílla held opposing hitters to a .166 batting average. Cisco Pérez of the Grim Reapers finished second in voting, while António Fernández of the Grim Reapers finished third. |
