Pinyerrel Picked Player of the Week in SA Monday, July 28th, 2031 Zach Pinyerrel drew on his youthful energy and pitching skill to win USSL Single A Player of the Week honors last week. The Syracuse Storm pitcher registered 2 wins and no losses, 0.56 ERA and 12 strikeouts in 16 innings to sew up the award. The 22-year-old also held opposing hitters to 9 hits and a .161 batting average. This season Pinyerrel has gone 12-3 with an ERA of 3.43, posting 96 strikeouts in 112.2 innings. |
