Yellowknife No Match for French Thursday, June 19th, 2031 Syracuse Storm fans were pleased to see so many goose eggs up on the scoreboard as Ken French blanked the Yellowknife Dragonblood, 2-0 at Storm Park today. French stopped them on 6 hits while walking 1 and striking out 9. "Once he gets in a groove, he can be dynamite," Storm skipper Chad Hess said. "He was on top of his game in this one." So far this year French has made 8 starts, tossed 55 innings, struck out 41 batters and walked 16. His record is 4-3 with a 2.95 ERA and he has limited opposing teams to a .254 batting average.
