Kodo and Cuevas Brawl, League Suspends Them Monday, August 25th, 2031 After an intense confrontation, both the Patriots Yataro Kodo and the Cattlemen Fraser Cuevas were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Boston-Ft. Worth game. Both players will miss 3 games as a result of their actions. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Yataro Kodo commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." Kodo is hitting .326 so far this season with 9 RBIs and 10 runs scored. He has 30 hits including 1 home run, 5 walks and .370 OBP. In the current season in 15 starts, Fraser Cuevas has a record of 4-7 with 43 strikeouts in 73 innings and a 5.67 ERA. |
