Kurihara goes 3-for-4, Grey Wolves Move to 12-7
The Vancouver Grey Wolves trumped the D.C. Divided, 14-8, at Wolf Den in Vancouver. Vancouver second baseman Terumoto Kurihara was named player of the game for his performance. He went 3-4 with 2 doubles and a walk. He scored 4 times and drove in 2. Gerardo Pagán, who went 5.1 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 5 runs on 7 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 3. His record now stands at 3-1. Getting the save was Francisco García, his 1st.

Iván Vega put Vancouver in front, 4-0, when he took Carlos Sánchez downtown. His 3-run home run came with two out in the bottom of the second. It was his 6th home run of the season.

"This game had a little bit of everything," said Kurihara.

The loss drops D.C. to 7-12.
