Toledo Stingers starter Vincent Hall pitched a strong game against the Richardson City Thundercats at Pacesetter Park, leading the Stingers to a 7-3 win. Toledo, at 24-18, sits in 4th place in the Silver League.

Armando Alvarado, who is tied for 7th in the SL in extra base hits with 16, aided the Toledo cause with a run-scoring triple in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the shortstop went 1-5 with a triple.

Hall expressed little emotion after the game. "Every game we win now," he said, "is one less win we'll need to get in the end."
