The Wizarding Express beat the Toledo Stingers, 8-7, at Platform 9 3/4. The win was largely due to the efforts of left fielder Salvador Trevino, who captured player of the game honors. He went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Wizarding reliever Octávio Ríos was the winner. His record is now 2-0. Enrique Castro took the loss. Dorian Daly nailed down his 8th save.

Trevino had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a full count splitter from Enrique Castro, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Express a 8-7 lead. It was the 12th home run of the year for Trevino.

"I like our mindset right now," said Wizarding manager Dan Cahill.

The 5th-place Express have won 4 straight.
