Franco Handcuffs Cattlemen, Patriots Seize - Advantage in R2032
The Boston Patriots moved to within one game of the Round 2033 today, downing the Ft. Worth Cattlemen on the road at The Cattle Pen by a score of 8-4. Patriots left-hander Jesús Franco was named player of the game after a strong outing in which he threw 7 innings of 5-hit ball. The win gives the Patriots a - advantage in the best-of- Round 2032.

Shohei Kiyomizu's at-bat in the top of the fifth inning was a big one for Boston. Coming to bat with two out, runners on 2nd and 3rd and Boston leading 3-2, the left fielder reached on an error by the SS, driving in 2 runs.

"We don't have much margin for error now," Cattlemen manager Scott Thompson said. "We need to figure out the problem and fix it, immediately."
