Blaze Stymie Galesburg, Take 4-1 Win

The South Beach Blaze went home winners at Galesburg Field, thanks in large part to starter Will McLeod. McLeod silenced the Galesburg Guzzlers, enabling South Beach to grab the 4-1 win. Wessel Rosas, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 11th save. The Blaze have now won 10 straight.
The Blaze got a big at-bat from shortstop Dennis Wacher. For the game, Wacher went 1 for 5 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the fourth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season gave South Beach a 3-1 lead.
"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," McLeod said after the game.
