Delaware 1787 BC starter Alfredo Franco turned in an exceptional performance against the Yellowknife Dragonblood at Carrier Field, resulting in a Delaware win, 3-2. Amando Codes notched his 9th save in 14 chances. Delaware is now riding a 3-game win streak.
Xuan-ling Liao, who is tied for 9th in the SA in bases on balls with 30, aided the Delaware cause with a 2-run single in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the center fielder was 1 for 2 with 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
