The Bellevue Bruins went home winners at The Dragon Den, thanks in large part to starter Luis Núñez. Núñez silenced the Yellowknife Dragonblood, enabling Bellevue to grab the 6-1 win. Núñez got the win, improving to 1-1. He allowed 7 hits and walked 0 over 8.1 innings. Núñez allowed 1 earned run. Bellevue now owns a record of 24-24.
