In 6.2 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 5, walking 3, and allowing no earned runs. Jong-yun Chong got credit for the save for Louisiana. It was his 3rd of the year.
The Dragoons had to work out of trouble in the top of the sixth. The score was 3-0, Louisiana, with one out. Niagara Falls, with runners on 1st and 3rd, was mounting a threat. Sébastien Cornu dug in at the plate, but on a first pitch fastball, he hit into a double play.
