Costello Delivers Walk-Off Win for Highlanders
Asheville first baseman John Hansen was instrumental in his team's 4-3 win over the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles. Hansen went 4-5 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Highlanders. Asheville is now riding a 4-game win streak.

The Highlanders beat the Screaming Eagles with some clutch hitting. The single by Enrique Costello in the bottom of the tenth is a good example. With two down, Costello gave his team the lead, 4-3, when he came through with the big hit.

Hansen attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."
