St. Brown Helps Tacoma Cruise to 14-1 Win
Tacoma played host to Asheville at the friendly confines of Ballpark of Tacoma.

The Tacoma Fur Traders got production from their entire lineup in an easy 14-1 win over the Asheville Highlanders. Player of the game honors went to second baseman Amon-Ra St. Brown. St. Brown, who is tied for 7th in the PAA in runs scored with 29, went 4-6 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 3 times and drove in 4. Álex Hernández picked up the win, improving his season record to 4-5. He struck out 5 in 7.2 innings.

Tacoma designated hitter Gerardo Herváz made his contribution to the Fur Traders cause with a 2-run single in the bottom of the third inning. For the day, Herváz went 4 for 5 with 4 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once.

Tacoma is now 26-26, while Asheville is 20-32.
