Northville Eclipse starter Ricardo Fraga turned in a top-notch performance against the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles at Mercer Island Grounds. The result was a win for the Eclipse, 4-1. Fraga, now 2-4, was the winner. In 8 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 6, walking 1, and allowing 1 earned run. The Eclipse now have a mark of 17-13.
Adrian McCoy, who is tied for 2nd in the PAA with a .649 slugging percentage, contributed to the Northville win with a solo home run in the top of the second. For the game, the right fielder had 3 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 2 singles, 2 runs scored, and 2 RBI.
