Late Rally by Rocks Secures Win

It was a fun time at Plymouth Quarry, where the Calgary Lynx and Plymouth Rocks tangled.
Plymouth Rocks starter Octavius Pringle was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Calgary Lynx, 5-2. Pringle picked up the win for Plymouth, going 8 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 6-3. Roberto Aguirre was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 26 of 28 save opportunities.
Syed Sarkar, who is rated as the 86th best prospect by BNN, contributed to the Plymouth win with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the eighth. For the game, the first baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 2 runs batted in.
"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Pringle told the Plymouth Daily.
The Rocks' win now puts them at 46-52.
