|
Right-hander César Albó mesmerized the Jersey City Tritons while leading the Bloomington Longnecks to a 2-0 victory. Jesús Medina closed it out for his 3rd save. Bloomington goes to 49-33, Jersey City to 40-42.
In the bottom of the first, Calvin Wilms hit a 2-run single for Bloomington. The 89th hit of the season for the Bloomington catcher put the Longnecks on top, 2-0.
"There was no wiggle room in this one," said Wilms.
