The Tortolita Drummers picked up a win at Lookouts Ballpark, knocking off the Bloomington Longnecks, 6-4. Starting pitcher Dave Seals was an essential part of his team's success. Kyle Buckman sewed up the save, his 8th. Tortolita occupies third place in the Premier AAA at 36-28.
Rich Flannery contributed to the Tortolita win with a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth. For the game, the designated hitter had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 2 runs batted in.
