Struck Slugs Longnecks to 10-4 Win
The Bloomington Longnecks dealt the Salt Lake City Buzz a 10-4 loss at Spirits Stadium. Ty Struck was the star on offense. He slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. Pierre Levegh picked up the win, improving his season record to 5-3. He struck out 1 in 5.1 innings. Jesús Medina finished the game for Bloomington and earned his 2nd save.

The game turned with no one out in the top of the fourth when Struck, who is tied for 5th in the PAAA in home runs with 7, hit a 3-run home run. It propelled the Longnecks into the lead, 4-1.

"We take it day by day here," said Struck, "and today was a good one for us."

Bloomington is now 21-13.
