Plymouth Rocks starter Ken Shelton pitched a strong game against the Calgary Lynx at Lynx Stadium, leading the Rocks to a 5-3 win. Plymouth, at 18-14, occupies third place in the Premier AAA.

Edgardo De Jesús, who leads the PAAA in doubles with 10, helped out the Plymouth cause in the top of the seventh inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the center fielder went 1 for 2 with a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"I really like what we did out there today," Shelton said after the game.
