Longnecks Roll to 8-3 Win Over Hotspur Reserves
Bloomington starter Keith Rojas pitched effectively against the Phoenix Hotspur Reserves at Thunderbirds Stadium. The right-hander led his team to a 8-3 win. The win brings the Longnecks to 9-7, a promising start as the team looks to return to the playoffs.

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic-born Gabrio Campoverde came through in the clutch. In the top of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 2nd and the Longnecks trailing 3-1, he hit a 3-run home run to right to put Bloomington on top.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Campoverde told the Bloomington Today.
