In a tight game between the San Bernardino Grasshoppers and the Billings Polar Bears, pitcher De John Cleland was terrific on the mound. The San Bernardino right-hander was named the player of the game in San Bernardino's 1-0 win. San Bernardino reliever Austin Aries was the winner. His record is now 3-2. Francisco López took the loss. With the win, San Bernardino has a record of 34-30. Billings falls to 26-38.
Luis Yander La O was the walk-off hero for San Bernardino. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Grasshoppers shortstop hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
