Behind a solid performance from shortstop Louis Litt, the San Antonio BC defeated the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks, 4-3. Litt went 3 for 4 with 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the BC. The winner was Steve Costlow, who threw 107 pitches over 8 innings. The left-hander was charged with 3 runs on 9 hits. Martín Salazar was called on to finish, recording his 7th save.
With a runner on 1st and one out in the bottom of the third inning, designated hitter Dixon Snyder delivered big for the BC. San Antonio was leading 2-0 when he belted a 2-run home run.
