A nice crowd turned out to see the Buckhead Bowties and Houston 1837 BBC clash at Houston Grounds.

Buckhead turned a good effort from starter George Frazier into a win over the Houston 1837 BBC at Houston Grounds. The final score was 8-2. Frazier got the win, improving to 9-6. He allowed 6 hits and walked 1 over 9 innings. Frazier allowed 2 earned runs.

Early in the game, left fielder Jorge Díaz had a 2-run double for Buckhead. It was his 1st double of the season and put the Bowties on top, 2-0.
