The Detroit Renaissance got a strong performance from pitcher Jimmy O'Flahavan, who stymied the Montana offense en route to a 5-2 win at Detroit Field. The Renaissance bumped their record to 40-33 with this latest triumph.

Sixto Estrada, who is tied for 8th in the 3L in triples with 3, aided the Detroit cause with a run-scoring triple in the bottom of the second. For the game, the center fielder went 2 for 4 with a triple, while scoring 2 runs.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Estrada said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
