Getting a good performance from left fielder Carlos Kramer, the Tortolita Drummers defeated the Pawnee ParksNRec, 9-7. Kramer went 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Drummers. Tortolita reliever Mike Desmond was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Domingo Posadas took the loss. The ParksNRec fall to 4-6 and continue their wobbly start to the 2031 season.

Kramer had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a first pitch splitter from Domingo Posadas, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Drummers a 7-6 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Kramer.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Kramer told the Tortolita Times.
