Hong-Do Helps Tremont Cruise to 10-1 Win
|
The Tremont Doubledays thumped the Alloway Halberds, 10-1, at Ballpark of Alloway. Sang Hong-Do was a big reason his team got the win. Hong-Do was 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 6 runs and scored once. Tremont is now 29-27, Alloway 27-29.
Hong-Do had a big at-bat with a runner on 1st in the top of the third inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Doubledays went on to win.
"Good baseball players make you a smarter manager," said Tremont manager Lendon Tipton.
