Evergreens Turn Back Panama City, 2-1
|
The Portland Evergreens and Panama City Piranhas put on a pitchers' duel at The Tank.
The Portland Evergreens topped the Panama City Piranhas, 2-1, in United States Premier League action at The Tank. The player of the game was Portland pitcher and Naples, Italy native Giovanni Mireles. Portland reliever Gene Kirkland picked up the win, upping his record to 5-0. Mark Valle shouldered the loss.
