Irving Blue Sox starter Rich McLean was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Myrtle Beach Mermen, 6-3. McLean got the win, improving to 2-1. He allowed 8 hits and walked 2 over 8 innings. McLean allowed 3 earned runs. Irving is now 40-37, Myrtle Beach 36-41.
