The Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids stopped the Panama City Piranhas, 8-1, at Atlantica. The Rainbow Mermaids got a big game from Melito Báez, who went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4. Raúl Gómez got credit for the win, improving to 6-1.
