García Helps Sixshooters Run Win Streak to 4
|
Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Ramón García, the Westwood Sixshooters defeated the Irving Blue Sox, 8-4. García belted 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice for the Sixshooters. Westwood has now won 4 games in a row.
García had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a full count fastball from Francisco García, he banged a solo home run to right, giving the Sixshooters a 4-3 lead. It was the 5th home run of the year for García.
"I was able to barrel up some pitches," said García.
